Premier Surgical operates two offices for your convenience. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in our main office in Greenwood, while ½ day appointments can be scheduled in our Mooresville location by calling our main number at (317) 865-8000.

If you have a question related to your bill or insurance, please contact the billing specialists at our main office number. Bills may also be paid online through our ezPatientpay secure online portal.

Insurance & Payment
At Premier Surgical, we accept Medicare and most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (317) 865-8000 to find out if we accept your insurance plan.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Referrals to Premier Specialists
Due to the nature of our practice, you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician in order to be seen by our surgical staff. Referrals must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit. Please coordinate this with your primary care physician in advance.
